Conference Registration Inclusions & Terms and Conditions

Full two-day Registration (includes Standard Registration, Speaker)

  • Attendance to Conference Sessions and Keynote Presentations.
  • Conference materials, including satchel and conference program book.
  • Access to presenter PowerPoints following the Conference.
  • Meals for the duration of the Conference including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
  • Ticket to the Welcome Reception including drinks and canapés on Day 1


Once the delegate registration form and payment is received a confirmation email and tax invoice/receipt will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full upon registration via the online portal.

A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges.

The payment options are:

  1. Credit card –  Visa or Mastercard or Amex (additional fees apply for Amex payments)
  2. Cheque  (either personal or from your institute)
    Cheques are to be made payable to Thinq Group Pty Ltd.
    Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in  Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank.
    No other currencies will be accepted.

  3. Direct Credit  (you will be emailed banking instructions upon submitting your registration)

An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. The FUTUREgen16 Conference is hosted by Thinq Group (ABN 12 609 581 115). All rates quoted do not include GST and are in Australian dollars.
All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes or additions after you have registered.

Delegate Refunds and Cancellations

The Conference Committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 31st March 2017.

Registration cancellation received between 1/8/2017 and 13/9/2017 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees.

No refunds will be issued from 14 September 2017 but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

Accommodation Refunds and Cancellations

All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy.

The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Conference Host Organisation, Thinq Group cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.


The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. “The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term “Force Majeure” means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.”

Any information provided by you in relation to this conference is collected by THINQ GROUP ABN: 12 609 581 115 and will be added to our database with the primary purpose of contacting you with regards to ongoing research, product development and providing you with information about future the events.
